Click the link, answer your security question, and receive a one-time code via SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter the code and create a new password (minimum 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, and a number). Your account is immediately unlocked. If you do not receive the SMS code, check your phone's spam folder or contact our support team to verify your number. Password resets do not affect active wagers or pending withdrawals.
Payments and transactions
Go to your account's Deposit page and select local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Enter the deposit amount and your mobile number registered with that wallet app. You are redirected to the wallet's login page; enter your PIN and confirm the transaction. The funds appear in your sekar balance within seconds. Minimum deposit is typically our welcome offer and maximum per transaction is set by your wallet provider. Deposits are instant; settlement is immediate. You may deposit multiple times per day. Each deposit is recorded in your transaction history with a timestamp and confirmation code.
Yes. sekar accepts direct bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet via mobile banking or manual account details. Go to Deposit, select "Bank Transfer", and choose your bank. sekar provides a unique account number or local payment code for that session. Transfer the deposit amount from your bank account; confirmation takes subject to verification depending on your bank's processing speed. Transfers made after 17:00 or on Sundays may clear the next business day. Minimum bank transfer is our welcome offer. Keep your confirmation receipt for your records. Withdrawals are processed back to the same bank account from which you deposited.
Contact our support team via the sekar app or website and request a data-deletion form. Complete the form, sign it, and submit a scanned copy along with a photo of your ID. Our legal team reviews your request within 15 business days. If we approve, we delete your personal data (name, address, email, phone) from our active systems. However, we retain transaction records and KYC documents as required by anti-money-laundering law; these are stored separately and encrypted. Your account is closed and cannot be reopened. Balances cannot be refunded after account closure; ensure your account balance is zero before requesting deletion.
